The collection, which appeared during today’s PlayStation State of Play broadcast , includes revised versions of classic TMNT games such as Tournament Fighters, Turtles In Time, TMNT: The Arcade Game and more. On top of that, some games may have a multiplayer baton mode, while others also include online multiplayer.
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Cowabunga Collection announced
“Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Cowabunga Collection is a collection of 13 previously released video games from Arcade, Nintendo Entertainment System, Super NES, Sega Genesis and Nintendo Gameboy,” the trailer’s description reads. “Extremely popular and very effective games, this collection offers players a unique opportunity to experience these games with a fantastic array of new quality of life features.”
These features include:
- Added online game for specific games
- Save and rewind at any time
- New game modes: Boss Rush and Challenge Mode
- Eleven Japanese regional titles
- Button mapping
- HD texture updates
- Unique development and sketches
- Historical TMNT content

The Cowabunga Collection does not yet have a release date, but the teaser trailer says it will be released for PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 and does not mention other consoles or PC platforms.
