The FGC community has been waiting for a new Tekken game for a long time. The best address we can learn about the arrival of the new Tekken game is of course the EVO. The king of fighting games tournaments shook up with the new Tekken claims last weekend. A very short video released during the tournament dropped like a bombshell on the agenda.
A large part of this trailer, which is about 30 seconds, consists of a scene that has written its name in Tekken history. The story of the original Tekken de Kazuya ended with Heihachi leaving him off a cliff and smiling at the camera. After this iconic scene, we come to the present day and see Kazuya, much older, much more experienced.

The new Tekken claims, which have been surfing the internet for a long time, finally seem to have come true. On the other hand, we do not pay much attention to the “remake” claims that have emerged. If Bandai Namco had such an idea, we would have to see young Kazuya at the end of the video. But Kazuya’s scarring and red eye are a sign of the new game.
