The Ascent is a new cyberpunk themed co-op shooter for PCs and consoles. The game was recently released and managed to make a big noise. Now a new patch has arrived in the game.
Players playing Windows 10 or Xbox Game Pass noticed that Ray Tracing was not available, even though it was available on Steam. But Neon Giant completely eliminates this deficiency with a new patch released for PC.
PC patch notes:
– After the update, the game will open a little later than usual. This will be a one-time occurence caused by the installation of the patch package.
– Ray Tracing (Win10 – Xbox Games Pass – Windows Store) has been added and DX12 performance improved.
– Improved load times for NPCs.
– CPU performance mode for low-system PCs.
