The team behind Gears of War shared the first screenshot from The Coalition, Unreal Engine 5 Technology Demo Alpha Point. The studio will show the full version of this technology demo on July 20 during GDC Developer Day.
“Don’t miss the alpha point demonstration of the UE5 technology demo created by The Coalition to evaluate Unreal Engine 5 on Xbox Series X/S,” Epic Games said in a statement. In this demo we can expect to see the photo-realistic lighting and shading features that we also see in the introduction of the Unreal Engine 5 engine.
It’s unclear which project The Coalition is currently working on, but this technology demo will tell you what they’re going to do.
