MOUNT & BLADE II: ABOUT BANNERLORD
Bannerlord is the sequel to Mount & Blade: Warband, one of the most successful RPGs of our time. Mount & Blade was acclaimed and appreciated around the world for its deep gameplay that combines action, RPG and strategy in its open world; after all, in Kalradiya, the imaginary continent of the game, each player can make his own path.
Although it is the sequel to Warband, Bannerlord tells the story of the continent we know from Warband 200 years ago. The Calradian Empire is on the verge of collapse, and the kingdoms are at war to control the remnants of the ancient empire that once dominated the entire continent. On the other hand, other kingdoms are trying to take advantage of this chaos to gain power in Kalradia.
Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord has received a lot of attention from gamers and media since it was released to Early Access in March 2020. Since then, it has received dozens of content updates, making it an increasingly bigger and more ambitious game. As the full release gets closer and closer, the long-awaited console version of Bannerlord will be shown for the first time at Gamescom at the end of August.
