A day before the release of the GTA Trilogy Definitive Edition (November 11), Rockstar released an album of GTA San Andreas Definitive Edition gifs on giphy. The gif album also includes an updated version of the “Ah shit here we go again!” scene made for the original GTA San Andreas, one of the most famous “memes” in the gaming world.

GTA San Andreas gif revived in Definitive Edition

GTA: The first sentence that came out of san andreas’ main character, Cj Johson, after he was thrown into the streets of Los Santos by police officers who despised us at the beginning of the game, has been particularly popular on social media since 2019.

Rockstar didn’t take the opportunity to add johnson’s walking scene to the GTA San Andreas gif collection.

But the biggest shortcoming of the GIF is that the caption that led to the scene being a meme was not added. It’s a question mark as to why all the gifs in the album have subtitles. But considering that this refurbished version will be released tomorrow, it will not take long for a player to add subtitles (or even audio files) to this scene.
