If you recall, about a month ago, we shared with you that the first details about Battlefield 6 could be with us in May. Official statements from DICE today confirm these allegations. Battlefield 6, which will be officially introduced very soon, will come with highly advanced technologies.
According to the official statement, Battlefield 6 will be officially released between October 1st and December 31st. Battlefield 6, which DICE calls “reflecting our vision for the next generation”, can come up with 128-player servers as previously claimed. Of course, there’s been no explanation for that at this time.
Let’s also mention that the team working on the game is the largest BF team ever. For this reason alone, EA has activated DICE’s Stockholm and LA wing, Criterion; EA Gothenburg and Industrial Toys. This team will also work on the upcoming Battlefield Mobile in 2022.
DICE chief executive Oskar Gabrielson promised “chaos” but did not give a clear explanation for the older generation of consoles. If you remember, it was previously claimed that the game would not be released on PS5 and Xbox One. It is quite remarkable that the descriptions only mention “next generation consoles and PCs”.
