Pac-Man World Re-Pac, a remake of the beloved platform game Pac-Man World, was announced at the Nintendo Direct Mini: Partner 2022 live streaming event. At this weekend’s Anime Expo, Bandai Namco shared a video with the first gameplay footage for Pac-Man World Re-Pac. The video showed a few revamped environments, as well as boss fights.
Pac-Man World Re-Pac will be a zero-in-the-ground version of the 1999 Pac-Man World released for PS1. After completing the game’s Quest Mode, players will be able to unlock the original Pac-Man game.
Pac-Man World Re-Pac will debut on August 26, 2022 for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PC, and Nintendo Switch.
