It’s safe to say that Battlefield 2042 isn’t off to a very good start. The game, which lost a large part of its player base in a short time, was played by only 3,000 people at the time of writing the lines. DICE intends to bring the players it has lost back to the game once again with the new season.
The developer, who has had to postpone this update for a while, officially launches the new season called Zero Hour. With the new update that will join us as of June 9, we will encounter new maps, weapons, operators and game modes.
With the start of the season, we will also be introduced to the first battle pass of Battlefield 2042. While the previously leaked battle pass details have confused many players, DICE won’t hide new cosmetics and operators behind this battle pass. This means that players will have access to the new operator whether they pay for the battle pass or not.
