Capcom released E3 2021 trailers for The Great Ace Attorney Chronicles, which included both The Great Ace Attorney: Adventures and The Great Ace Attorney 2: Resolve.
About the game
I leave yourself in the world of dramatic but fascinating evidence gathering, inference and court battles with this dual package of adventures by novice lawyer Ryunosuke.
Set in late-19th-century Japan and London, each play features five murder-mystery episodes full of drama, laughter, diversion and “inverted corners,” as you’d expect from Ace Attorney’s legally intricate heir. Join Ryunosuke Naruhodo, the ancestor of phoenix wright, the cornerstone of the series, trying to learn the secrets behind an international conspiracy and try to overcome a series of complicated trials along the way while trying to solve an incredibly surprising, unsolved case. A decades-long legal adventure awaits you.
In the course of each case, you’ll talk to witnesses, examine evidence and clues, and try to uncover the treacherous motive behind the crime before you go into the courtroom. You’ll see those who testified in court, witnesses under cross-examination, and the available evidence. Of course, it’s unthinkable to play an Ace Attorney where you don’t yell “I’m APPEALING!” knowing that you have the evidence and findings to challenge the prosecution’s claims and prove your client’s innocence.
The Great Ace Attorney Chronicles will be released on PLAYStation 4, Switch and Steam on July 29.
