Bethesda began the process of transferring Bethesda accounts to Steam late last night. Players will still be able to use Bethesda Launcher until May 11, but after that date, games will have to be transferred to Steam to play your games. Don’t worry, even if you’re late, your Bethesda library will be fine, you won’t be able to play games just during that time.

To start this process, you must first log in to your account from Bethesda’s page .
Then click on your username in the upper right corner and select Library Transfer. Connect your Steam account to your Bethesda account and press the Start New Transfer button.
The transfer process takes about 4-5 minutes depending on the number of games. This is also reported by e-mail when the process is complete, and new games are added to your Steam library. If you wish, take care of it without delay so that you can continue playing the games at any time.
