One of the rare works that we have never been able to continue despite being so loved is Alien Isolation. The game, which is almost like a one-time solar eclipse, is still among the best games of the horror genre today. So much so that it is perhaps the only play that can live the feelings of the real Alien series on the big screen.
That’s why we’ve been focused on news from Creative Assembly for a long time. We evaluate every shred of information from the studio. But after a very long break, the first good news came from the director of the studio. Speaking to Edge Magazine, Gareth Edmondson and Alistair Hope confirmed that the team has been working on a project since 2018.
The duo, who are hesitant to give the exact details of this project, describe the project as “a science fiction / FPS that has not yet been named”. The interesting thing is that Hope uses the phrases “we will stick to the source material”. So Creative Assembly’s new project is going to be a film or book adaptation. We don’t yet know what that source is…
No matter what, we will eagerly await news from the team.
