Supermassive’s new game, The Quarry, will be released on June 10 for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series. Just like in Until Dawn and The Dark Anthology, the decisions we make will determine the course of the story, but if you choose to watch the game instead of playing it, you’ll be able to do so.
The Quarry will feature three different movie modes: Everyone Lives, Everyone Dies, and The Director’s Chair.
What the first two options are is already clear from their names, which will allow you to watch the kind of fiction from start to finish where everyone survives or everyone dies with a complete teen slasher logic. In the third, we will be able to decide the behavior of the characters at certain moments, and thanks to these choices, the story of the game will be shaped differently. You mean the director, you see.
In fact, it is possible to say that these are highly accessible features. Already in the game there will be accessibility options such as simplified QTE, aiming assistance, or even automatic passing of battle scenes in the game.
The Quarry stars David Arquette, Ariel Winter, Brenda Song, Evan Evagora, Halston Sage, Justice Smith, Miles Robbins, Siobhan Williams, Skyler Gisondo, Zach Tinker, Ethan Suplee, Grace Zabriskie, Lance Henriksen, Lin Shaye and Ted Raimi.
The Quarry will be released with Turkish subtitles.
