CD Projekt RED announced that the next-gen update of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt will be released in the last quarter of this year, and shared all the content of the game.
Accordingly, the Next Gen version will include all the DLC released so far, in addition to the two major expansion packs, Hearts of Stone and Blood and Wine. In addition, there will be a new DLC inspired by The Witcher Netflix series.
We have been waiting for the next generation version of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt for a long time. The announcement of the game was made in September 2020. In March 2021, it was announced that the game would be released in the first half of the year. Then, when we came to October, the game was postponed to the second quarter of 2022.
Last month, CDPR made a new announcement announcing that this next-generation version was postponed indefinitely.
As such, this new statement of CD Projekt RED should not be regarded as a certainty. No one would be surprised if the Next Gen version, which has been postponed even in this time, sees a postponement again.
