Koch Media, which acquired the rights to the TimeSplitters name in 2018, thrilled us all. After three years, we finally got some news from the project we’ve been waiting for. Deep Silver, a member of Koch Media, has officially announced the new TimeSplitters game.
Deep Silver will also resurrect the game’s original developer, Free Radical Design, from the ashes. Free Radical Design, which will be entrusted with the game’s development process, will be headed by original founders David Doak and Steve Ellis. I mean, we have plenty of new reasons to get excited.
However, let’s note that the game is not nearby and we have to wait a while longer. Free Radical Design’s first job will be to build the studio. However, the development process of the new TimeSplitters game will then begin. We believe the game can be played between 2023 and 2024.
