TinyBuild has signed an agreement to buy bad pixel, the development studio.
The Bad Pixel team is currently working on Deadside, a multiplayer shooter for PC that’s in Early Access on Steam.
The acquisition will cost TinyBuild a total of $17.1 million and will be the independent publisher’s fifth acquisition so far this year.
TinyBuild has previously added Animal , We’re Five Games, Hungry Couch and Moon Moose.
