The servers of Titanfall, developed by Respawn Entertainment, are currently in danger. The developer, who was trying to fix the disruption due to the DDOS attack, also reported the situation in a statement on Twitter.
DDOS attack on Titanfall servers, perpetrator unknown
While there is no official word yet on who is behind the DDOS attacks, the Respawn Twitter account announced that the team is working hard to restore and run the servers. Considering that the Titanfall servers are seven years old, it may seem surprising that this hacker attack and Respawn’s efforts have kept the server busy. However, despite its age and the success of Apex Legends along with the second game in the series, Titanfall is still a game that is still owned and played by a more cult audience today.
Although the developer’s response is welcome on the subreddit pages of the first and second games, fans have some complaints about the two games. Players note that both Titalfall and the new game in the series have recently been subjected to DDOS attacks. These attacks are not a big surprise to players because they claim to highlight these vulnerabilities in a post 2 months ago. However, we hope this study could be the end of the discussions, as we have information that Respawn Entertainment has officially accepted the DDOS attack and started working on it. And you guys are still playing the game? Did the DDOS attack affect you? You can share your experiences in the comments.
