Superheroes and their costumes have been one of the most discussed topics by their fan base for many years. In fact, perhaps the most heated of these heated debates is going around in these costumes again. Spider-Man, which has been in our lives for a very long time and is one of the touchstones not only of comics but also of popular culture, is perhaps the character that these discussions revolve around the most. Just looking at it as a comic book won’t be enough to see the gravity of the situation. Then there’s the comic book, the game and the cinematic dimension. When I made this list, I tried to avoid movies because we’ve had enough discussions about what’s out there. And making a costume live falls into a very different space than drawing.
I’ve often tried to compile costumes that affect me in comic books or make me say, “Brother, what have you done?!” Of course, it is possible to find much uglier or more beautiful costumes in the whole complex. Anyway, the concept of “beautiful” and “ugly” is very relative. Maybe when you read this article, you’re not going to like a costume that I like, or you’re going to like a costume that I find ridiculous. And then we’re going to go back and forth and go back to the costume debate! If you’re ready, let’s take a look at peter parker’s costumes, both in comic book pages and in cartoons.
+Fear Itself Costume – When You Say Great Power, It’s a Little Too Much
Marvel has always been good with puns. The Fear Itself miniseries, inspired by Franklin Roosevelt’s “Fear itself is the only thing we should be afraid of,” is a very good example of this. Fear Itself, a story that brings together such big names as the X-Men, Avengers and Spider-Man, is based on asgard’s past. As serpent, a mighty Asgardian being, begins to spread fear around the world, heroes take over. Since their normal costumes will not be enough against such a formidable enemy, the entire team is equipped with new and exclusive Asgardian costumes that will further increase their power.
And one of these new costumes is designed for spider-man, our neighborhood’s lovely neighbor. The design of the costume, made using Uru, a metal as old as the universe, has a wonderful story. Designed by tony stark, perhaps the world’s most advanced costume designer, and the Nidavellir Dwarves, the costume was made of the same material as Thor’s charming Mjolnir and Odin’s spear. Armed with such great power, Spidey beat up enemies in the guise of a demigod, while the costume’s design was eye-catching. Spidey looked gorgeous, with the essence of the classic costume changing colors without distorting and two extraordinarily strong sleeves attached to the sleeves. The saddest part of the costume was that it disappeared after it achieved its goal. Although seeing Spidey so strong on the streets of New York might have spoiled it a little.
-2004 Secret War Costume – Brock;a Special Design in Pokemon
<img alt="" src="//storage.oyungezer.com.tr/ogz-public/images/haberler/2022/02/spiderkostum/sm2..jpg”>
If you type “secret” and “war” as keywords in searches in Marvel comics, you may be left with eternity. Marvel, which overestimates this secret war(s) business, is the quickest way to find exactly what we want. The Secret War miniseries, which began dating in 2004, wasn’t one of Brian Michael Bendis’s best jobs. In the series, in which characters such as Spider-Man, Captain America and Wolverine, led by Nick Fury, embark on a secret mission, costumes were also the theme of secrecy to blend in.
But I think the illustrator Gabriele Dell; Otto thought Spider-Man’s eyes would be declassified. Otherwise, there’s not much point in giving Spider-Man eyes like Brock in a Pokemon cartoon. Secret Wars, which is more like 3D modeling than a comic book with its drawing style, was not a bad story, but it was a story that wore the eye out. Although the costume tried to stick to the original, those eyes and drawing style prevented you from focusing on Spider-Man’s dialogue.I don’t think Spider-Man could see much in the comic book, which we also saw in the post-Doom Latveria. What was the need to squint so close to Spidey, who was really up against Todd McFarlane?
+Spider-Man Noir Costume – Now I Think Of Nic Cage Every Time I See It
Although different versions of Spider-Man are often sadly etched in our memories with eye-popping results, there are occasional good works. Spider-Man Noir is one of the characters written in the plus digit. In fact, Marvel also managed to steal our hearts with this dark Spidey design, which is also part of the Noir universe that it created in itself. Adorned with great detail for a universe set in the 1930s, and reflecting the simplicity of the era, the Noir costume undoubtedly has a Batman twist. Already released in 2010, Spider-Man: Shatttered Dimensions, the Noir parts were reminiscent of Batman games, and the two characters moving in the shadows and hunting at night reinforce the resemfing.
Spider-Man Noir, which we first saw in comics in 2009, is another Peter Parker version, but it doesn’t have some strict rules. In the early 1930s, for example, we saw him kill Vulture in an event to save Aunt May. As the story progressed, the Spider-Man Noir story, which stretched back to Hitler gaining power in Europe, gave us an alternative look not only at Spidey but also in Marvel. Noir is a character far outside spider-man, as we know him with his mask made of normal fabric, the bulletproof armor he wears and the pistols he carries in his pocket. Peter Parker of Earth-90214, a veteran marksman, also designed a pair of glasses for his purpose. The voice of Nicolas Cage in Into The Spider-Verse also increased my admiration for him.
-Spider-Man: Unlimited – How to Spend the Legacy of The Animated Series
One of the great details of my childhood was Spider-Man The Animated Series. After the finale of The Animated Series, where we could watch all the episodes thanks to Fox Kids, a sad path had begun for Spider-Man. The Spider-Man: Unlimited cartoon, released in 1999, was nothing more than a failed clone. In fact, the show’s first purpose was to bring spider-man’s origin story to the screen. But the cartoon tried to do it so in a way that it was so intrinsical and full of nonsense that the show was abruptly canceled after the first season.
The most terrifying aspect of the 13-part series was Spider-Man’s costume design. You know, we’ve seen some really, really bad costumes since that year, but unlimited’s spider-man portrait went beyond eyeballing. With a ridiculously silly dark-themed costume, an obscure cape on the back of a tablecloth and one of the world’s ugliest Spider-Man logos, Unlimited was the subconscious of every child who had the blunder of watching Unlimited. It’s also worth noting that at some point in the story, something like thundercats was involved. I mean, this weird costume wasn’t even the show’s biggest problem.
+Spider-Man: 2099 – Unlimited;Whether Or Not It Can Be Costume
Like Spider-Man Noir, Spider-Man 2099 is one of the rare characters we’ll be writing in plus digits. Miguel O, the spider-man of the future in his own universe, in his own work; Hara was just one of those 90s zillion Spider-Man versions. But perhaps the most memorable variant of this period was 2099. Designed by Peter David and Rick Leonardi, 2099’s greatest omen was that it looked to the future from the 90s and carried it wonderfully through its universe.
In addition to preserving the classic Spider-Man color palette, 2099 was one of the greatest achievements of the costume, making it suitable for a changing world and atmosphere. With details on the sleeves, a Spawn-like design and a network cape that looks much more organic unlike Unlimited, we beautifully remember Spider-Man: 2099. He will even play a key role in sony’s development of Spider-Verse. In two new sequels to Into the Spider-Verse, Miguel O; Hara seems to be one of the main characters, and her costume looks as gorgeous as ever.
-Spider-Man: 2211 – Design Disasters Increase as Number Grows
It always bothers me that a name other than Peter Parker is called Spider-Man. However, there are some good examples of this, but there are very good reasons for my unease. One of them, and perhaps the scariest, is Max Borne! The name may not be familiar because we haven’t seen much of him in comic books. But Borne himself, the alternative Spider-Man of 2211, is a gateway to disaster. Two arms won’t be enough, and Borne, who walks around with four arms behind him like Doctor Octopus; his head, which looks like a miniature of the Juggernaut, was one of the ugliest things you’d ever see in spider-man’s name, his logo unrelatedly rendered in red, stolen from the Fantastic Four closet. I’d like to remind you that these eyes have seen a freak named Spiders-Man before.
The story of the emergence of Max Borne, who answered the question of the 90s” “What do we do and what do we do, and we will disgrace spider-man even more?!” is also directly linked to 2099. The 2211, which we first met in 1995 with the Spider Man 2099 Meets Spider-Man comic book, was the embodiment of the “nothing good goes unpunished” message given to us by Marvel. Fortunately, when spider-man quirks go further, there’s not much room for him. The Max Borne and the weird costume we last saw in the mid-2010s, I hope we never show up again.
+Black Suit;in Itself – Secret Wars; Best Gift
Every time I write the list as a good villain, every time I come to a beautiful costume, it’s like I’m on the right side of the notebook in elementary school. There were good works in Spider-Man stories that covered me with such peace. I use the past because the new era Spider-Man comics don’t really get me in. At the end of the road, Secret Wars (which has nothing to do with 2004, I’m talking about the great mid-1980s series) was a turning point for Spider-Man and Marvel. Beyonder’s observations of earth-616, the main universe, included huge names such as X-Men, Avengers, Doctor Doom, Kang and Ultron in a chain of events that began with his desire to fight superheroes and supervillains.
Magneto, whom Beyonder thought of as good, and Galactus, whom he considered bad, remained neutral, adding some political infrastructure to the event. Ultimately, when Reed Richards was able to open a portal and everything went back to normal, Spider-Man’s extraterrestrial black costume was intriguing. Peter, who drew the wrath of J.J. Jameson with his black costume, met the symbiote when he realized that something was not normal in the costume, and venom’s story had officially begun. Although this iconic black costume was later worn by Peter Parker several more times, I can’t imagine the shock of those who witnessed it live in the 1980s. It had already become by far the best-selling comic book of its era with the secret wars comic book release, and unfortunately it also paved the way for Marvel to stop and write stories of coming together.
-Cyborg Spider-Man – Spider-Cyborg Name Best Summary of Disaster
In the Superior Spider-Man series, which divides fans in the middle in comic books, my side is always on Peter Parker’s side. To summarize the case briefly, somehow Otto Octavius’ mind, which entered Peter’s body, was circling as Spider-Man and living with a Peter Parker wandering around like a conscience in his head. For fans who didn’t enjoy seeing Spider-Man other than Peter Parker, these mind-transfer events were also unpleasant. Even more depressing was The Superior Spider-Man’s friend from another universe, Spider-Cyborg.
Even if only the spider-cyborg name was in the body of Otto Octavius, it was enough to destroy Peter Parker in the land where he was imprisoned. Earth-2818;in Peter Parker; this Cyborg teamed up with Otto to defeat Karn. It was a nightmare fuel to see the character cyborg, who was normally no different from Spider-Man and even quite pleasing to the eye with his classic costume. Fortunately, this robotic companion was not one of the permanent faces of the Marvel Universe and was murdered by its creator Dan Slott a few months after it appeared.
+Classic Costume – I’ve Never Seen Anyone I’ve Seen More Beautiful Than You
Spider-Man is one of the most iconic characters in popular culture, and one of the most basic details is its gorgeous costume when it first appeared. The classic costume may not be the first time it’s been released in Amazing Fantasy #15, but we’re also seeing the success of costumes that stick to their essence. Perhaps the only critical aspect of the design we saw, led by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby, was the underarm mesh part. But considering the comics of the ’60s and Spider-Man, it seemed like an aerodynamic addition to the character’s web-throwing. This costume, which my favorite Spider-Man content, The Animated Series, is almost entirely faithful to, is still the first costume to come to life when it comes to Spider-Man.
When Marvel began to make serious changes to this costume, Spider-Man gradually began to move away from its essence. Perhaps one of the most welcome changes, the todd mcfarlane-era costume that made the eyes huge, didn’t quite fit in with the fans because the original was amazing. I enjoy playing with this costume as much as possible in costume options, which are also the most attractive parts of Spider-Man games. Although there are very successful alternative versions, in my opinion there are two points that can be considered as changes to this original costume. Perhaps the Spider-Man logo in the middle is a little more modernized, and in the modern age, there really doesn’t seem to be a need for underarm nets.
-Spider-Armor MK I – We Owe You The Asite Thanksgiving That Destroyed You
It’s one of Spider-Man’s shortest-running costumes, but it’s a sad thing to see him in different places besides comic books. Anyway, the name Spider-Armor is a direct cause of repulsion. But when I had a black background covered in a strange gray background that I didn’t know whether to call it a samurai or not, spider-armor mark 1 was a really scary design. The most interesting thing is that this costume was worn by Peter Parker himself in Earth-616, the main universe. So we’re not talking about an alternative version.
This costume, which looked almost like it had come out of Shredder’s hands, was designed by Peter Parker himself to beat up interesting new enforcers such as Dragon Man, Super-Adaptoid and Vanisher on the streets of New York. At some point, however, the illustrators would have been happy to draw this quirky costume, which spider-armor did in its first appeared number, Web of Spider-Man #100; We later saw this costume as a show of force on millionaire Peter Parker at the end of The Animated Series. Well, you can’t buy pleasure with money.
Bonus: Bombastic Bag Man – Good News for Those Looking for Low Budget Spider-Man Cosplay!
Peter Parker, who had a brief romance in his black costume after the Secret Wars story, realized the quirks of the costume and his first stop was Reed Richards” lab. When Peter, who was examined by Mr. Fantastic in the Fantastic Four building, realized that the costume on him was a symbiote alien, he decided to leave the symbiote there. However, since he didn’t have any spare clothes, Peter Parker had to find a way to hide his secret identity. One of the most iconic Spider-Man costumes was born, along with a paper bag over the Fantastic Four tracksuits she wore barefoot; BOMBASTIC BAG MAN!
We also saw this legendary costume, which is also included in the litaratur as “Extra Fantastic Quad Costume”, in the games afterwards. In fact, the Bombastic Bag Man costume, which can be unlocked in PlayStation 1 and computer spider-man, was the most tremendous detail I’ve ever seen in a game. Peter, who is trying to get home with the words “Kick Me” on johnny storm’s back, sorry Bombastic Bag Man is still a detail that makes faces when it comes to mind. Considering the evolution of the friendship between Johnny and Peter over time, one can’t help but feel sorry for the beautiful old Marvel comic book times.
Bizarre Bonus: Spider-Man BRUCE BANNER – No Mistakes, I Wish I Had
When it comes to Spider-Man, all kinds of quirks can come up. We’ve seen a lot of spiders become one person and wear masks. But even in alternate universes, events that actually make you ask the question “But why?!” usually happen to Spider-Man. In a completely different universe called Earth-70105, Bruce Banner is officially Spider-Man, with a series of events on the edge of absurdity that began with Doctor Banner blaming himself for what happened to Peter Parker. Hulk, who, like Peter, experimented on himself after being bitten by a spider, also arranged a costume for himself as if everything was normal.
The design of the original costume wasn’t exactly the pattern, the weird red lights were the odd eyes, and this costume looked just as strange as Bruce Banner being Spider-Man. The Bruce Banner-style Spider-Man, which would have been lost in a sea of obscurity because it would still be out of sight and out of sight if it had remained entirely in alternate universes, was one of the names Marvel added to the story, reassessing the quirks with Spider-Verse as if it hadn’t had enough of the ’90s. Fortunately, bruce banner was one of the spider remains that was swept under the carpet in the mid-2010s. Doctor, you’re good enough as the Hulk.
Spider-Man costumes, which began in 1962 with a spectacular design marvel, have become as bizarre as they can become in a year. Marvel’s love of combining all the quirks associated with Spider-Man in the ’90s and 2010s also led to a huge jump in the number of these costumes. We’ll probably see another big Spider-Man gathering in the coming years. We’re probably going to see some very weird Spidey variations and some pretty weird costumes again. But please don’t let Max Borne resurrect, I’m more sympathetic to new quirks.
