Rome, one of the most beloved games in the legendary straji series Total War, is returning. Total War Rome Remastered, signed by SEGA and Creative Assembly, has been announced and is being released very recently. The news of this remake, which came to one of the best-known games in the series, comes with gratifying details.
Total War Rome Remastered release date also announced
Feral Interactive is among the developers of Total War Rome Remastered, which will be released by SEGA and Creative Assembly. We know Feral Interacitve from the DLC he developed for TW: Warhammer II. We already have a release date for the remake of the beloved game. Total War Rome Remastered will be released on 29 April 2021.
The revaated version comes with enhanced visuals, gameplay mechanics, modern content. The Steam store page says it will be enriched with high-resolution models and textures, new game dynamics added on top of existing mechanics.
If you have the original game on Steam, you will get the revaated version with a 50 percent discount. The game, which is currently available for pre-order, is sold with a price tag of 175 TL. Since SEGA’s price policy on Steam is not very consistent – at least for the Turkish Lira – you can expect the price to rise soon. So if you have a budget at the ready and are curious about this game, I say don’t miss it, especially if you also have the first game. These eyes have previously seen that the price of Rome II is 210 TL per night.
The remastered version of Rome: Total War will be released on the PC platform for Windows, Mac and Linux. Once the revaated version is released, players will still be able to play the old version. There’s no “replacement.” There’s also a space for a refreshed version of other games on the GAME FAQ page. The company believes it has not developed such a version for other games. But how we’d love to see a remastered version of Rome II.
It should also be noted that this remastered will only be available on Steam. They don’t plan to publish it to the Epic Games Store. First released on 22 September 2004, Rome: Total War will debut on 29 April in a revand version.
