Publisher Iceberg Interactive and developer Stormling Studios have announced that the Lovecraftian/cyberpunk horror game Transient: Extended Edition will debut on December 8 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Switch. Those with the PC version will receive a free upgrade to Extended Edition on the same day.
Transient: Extended Edition incorporates additional game content, a new ending, and a variety of improvements.
Set in a distant, post-apocalyptic future, Transient’s remaining population lives in a closed castle set up to survive in the difficult outside world called Domed City Providence. Here, in humanity’s last refuge, Randolph Carter, a member of a notorious hacker group called ODIN, stumbles upon the terrible truth: a truth that can shatter his own sanity and make him question his own existence.
