Ubisoft today announced that tom clancy’s Rainbow Six Mobile, a free-to-play, tactical first-person shooter mobile game from the famous Rainbow Six series, will be available for iOS and Android devices in the App Store and Google Play.
Developed by a new dedicated team at Ubisoft Montreal, Rainbow Six Mobile will offer a true Tom Clancy;s Rainbow Six Siege experience where the tactical game meets fast action. Players will face off in the main game mode, 5-on-5 (PvP) Defenders Against Attackers. Attackers will deploy surveillance drones to obtain intelligence and strategically pass through collapsible walls, floors and ceilings, while defenders will barricade all entry points and use spy cameras or traps to secure their positions. Blending strategy with teamwork, players will experience the thrill of an intense close encounter as they go back and forth between attack and defense to win.
Players will form a team of fully customizable, highly trained operators from the Rainbow Six universe, each equipped with their own unique skill set, weapons and devices. The game will also reintroduce iconic maps of Rainbow Six Siege, including Bank and Border, and include PvP game modes such as Zone Control and Bomb. With high risk and just one life, players will need to quickly adapt to their surroundings and master the art of strengthening their protected areas and raiding enemy territory to lead their team to victory.
Rainbow Six Mobile will have exclusive modes and customizable controls to suit the convenience of players playing on the go.
