Ubisoft returns to Steam
Ubisoft has made various statements about the return to Steam. In this context, a Ubisoft representative said in an interview with Eurogamer: “We have caught a certain ecosystem of players through Ubisoft Connect. However, apart from Ubisoft Connect, we were constantly evaluating how to deliver our games to different audiences. In this context, we decided to return to Steam. We’ll first bring Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, Anno 1800 and Roller Champions to Steam.”
All three games are currently available for PC through the Epic Games Store and Ubisoft Store. The last PC game that Ubisoft released on Steam was Starlink: Battle for Atlas, which was released on April 30, 2019.
