There is now very little time left for the release of Far Cry 6, in 2 days it will meet gamers. Although the review embargoes have not yet been lifted, the embargo for publishers has been lifted. Naturally, there’s a lot of sharing going around. One of these posts is about a surprise egg in the game.
JorRaptor, a Youtube publisher, notices the QR code on a case in the early parts of Far Cry 6 and sees that he directs it to a short video when he reads it with his phone.
The video shows three arrows on a map and some animal icons. A screenshot is then shared featuring a man being attacked by an armour-covered animal. Then there are the gunshots, blood spattering on the map, and the arrows, previously thought to represent players, are replaced by skull icons.
JorRaptor reminds us that in previous Far Cry games, open world parts support 2 players, and here an update or a new side game may have been pointed out to support 3 players; He even says he’s going to go a little too far, and he’s even saying it could be a battle royale:)
Ubisoft’s financial meeting in May stated that instead of releasing 3-4 AAA games per year, they planned to release “high-end f2p games” for their major brands. From here, it is estimated that what is shown here may be this kind of multiplayer game set in the dee Far Cry universe.
There will be an announcement from Ubisoft regarding the matter. Tonight’s Ghost Recon 20th-place A new Ghost Recon project will also be announced as part of the Year Broadcast. So as the list of games expected from Ubisoft expands in the coming days, let’s see how surprises await us.
