Ubisoft has announced that it is postponing the strategy game The Settlers. With this postponement, it was reported that the final touches of the game will be made. However, no new release date for the game has been announced.
The new version, The Settlers, will transfer content from the original The Settlers game to new technologies and present it to players. The game will combine these elements with brand new features and gameplay systems.
Reboot The Settlers, which will revive a 25-year strategy series, is being developed under the leadership of Volker Wertich. The Settlers will bring new features to the usual mechanics of the series, such as a new food system and motivational meta game, to create a unique gaming experience.
Story mode and optional side missions can be played as single player or co-op. It will also offer a variety of online multiplayer modes, a whole new world of living, detailed detail, and new and improved visuals with Ubisoft’s Snowdrop game engine.
