On April 28, Ubisoft announced that it will end the service of Hyper Scape, a free-to-play, fast-paced first-person shooter battle royale game. Hyper Scape was first released for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC on August 11, 2020, following an open beta.
A message posted on the game’s official website said: “It was a really difficult decision for us to end the development of Hyper Scape and decide to close the game as of April 28. We set out to create a fast-paced shooter experience and are extremely grateful to our community of players who have joined us on our journey. We will transfer what we have learned from this game to future products.”
