Backwoods Entertainment, the developer of the great adventure game Unforeseen Incidents, announced its new game called Resort a few years ago.
Backwoods announced today that they have changed the name of the game to We Stay Behind and that the demo will meet players at Steam Next Fest. The game will be released under the ASHGAMES brand in collaboration with Application Systems Heidelberg.
The team believes that the name “We Stay Behind” better reflects the game’s intriguing storyline. Heavily inspired by Twin Peaks and David Lynch, as well as series such as Stranger Things, the game will tell a surreal mystery story.
İhsan examined Unforeseen Incidents in our 129th issue and said, “First it impresses with its visuals, then it connects to itself with its clever puzzles. One of the intervening but important productions of the year.” UI is one of the games that I also love. That’s why I’m very hopeful about this new game.
