Mod developer ermaccer released a new patch for Mortal Kombat 1 PC version. This patch basically activates 60 FPS unlock which is not active in the game and passes into front of the charms. Please note that the patch is not official.
Patch is aiming to offer fluent gaming experience with 60 FPS lock
