There are no limitations on how disgusting multiplayer games can become. MMOFPS games in particular can really sometimes become unbearable places. Valorant, on the other hand, is almost at the top of his game. You can even meet players who swear at you from voice chat for no reason. That’s the end of it now. The new arrangement, which Riot goes to when it comes to Valorant voice chat, will not allow players to use voice chat unless they agree to the new terms of use. The new condition is that voice chat is now recorded.
Valorant voice chat will now be recorded
Valorant, one of the two most popular games of Riot Games in our country, is unfortunately home to extremely toxic players on the Turkish server, just like league of legends. These usually underage players have the potential to ruthlessly insult all your values. With this new arrangement from Riot, Valorant voice chat conversations will now be recorded and the reporting system will work actively here as well.
Developer “We know that annoying behavior when using our voice chat is a concern for many players. We are determined to address this more effectively.” “We need to know what these players are saying so that we can take action against players who use voice communication to harass others, use hate speech, or otherwise disrupt your experience,” he said.
This new statement is actually an announcement of an arrangement that was committed a year ago. Last year, a Riot UX designer posted a video of the abuse he encountered in Valorant on Twitter. Responding to the tweet, producer Anna Donlon promised to find “long-term solutions” to help reduce toxicity.
Today’s??: It’s like this MOST of the time on solo queue voice comms REGARDLESS of the game I’m playing. I usually don’t give in this like in the video; I’m silent in an attempt to not incite more. Inevitably you get to a point where you have to mute them. More perspective: pic.twitter.com/7ruWcI78tL

“There is a big problem in competitive gaming culture right now when it comes to voice communication,” Donlon wrote. “If you don’t know this, you’ve probably not encountered the kind of abuse that many people in the game are subjected to. Or you don’t care.”
“I read and listen to the behaviors that people report. I hear that myself in games. Stop calling me mute. How about the abusers ‘silence’ themselves? This is a meaningful step, one that we should all take.”
The new privacy policy on Valorant voice chat recording allows Riot to do the same for League of Legends if it wants to. Would you like to see this kind of editing on LoL?
