Valve CEO Gabe Newell is positive about Microsoft bringing its PC Game Pass service to Steam. In an interview with PC Gamer, Newell said Valve has no plans for its Xbox Game Pass rival. He also said he would be happy to work with Microsoft to bring PC Game Pass to Steam.
Newell added: “We are not currently considering creating any subscription services. But for users, this is a popular option. We’d be happy to work with them to bring it to Steam.”
Microsoft and Valve have held several discussions about bringing PC Game Pass to Steam. However, no concrete steps have been taken. In addition, microsoft has so far shown no signs of its willingness to bring PC Game Pass to Steam.
