Epic Games, the game’s developer, is preparing for the launch of Episode 2, Season 8, which began today; Fortnite continues to collect players from around the world. Sharing an excerpt from the trailer for Fortnite Season 8, the Twitter user leaked that Carnage, a Marvel character and Venom’s arch-nemesis, would be added to the game. Fortnite, which looks like it will continue to make deals with other brands, has previously brought in iconic PlayStation and Xbox characters such as Kratos and Master Chief.
Venom’s arch-enemy Carnage may be coming to Fortnite
As seen in the Fortnite Season 8 trailer section shared on Twitter, carnage,the iconic villain of the Marvel universe and Spider-Man, looks like it will be added to the game via a ‘battle pass’. Although the villain is not shown directly in the trailer section, seeing several quick images of a red character with tentacles and claws on his back is the most logical guess that can be made based on what is shown to us.
In general, Marvel’s villain’s entry into Fortnite makes a lot of sense, given that the character is about to appear on giant cinema screens. Venom: Let There Be Carnage will be released in cinemas on October 15, 2021, and will include Venom’s arch-enemy. You can also check out the leaked trailer section here.
