Publisher Focus Entertainment and developer Auroch Digital have announced Warhammer 40,000: Boltgun, a retro-style first-person shooter set in the Warhammer 40,000 universe. The game will debut for PC on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Switch, and Steam in 2023.
Dessil Basmadjian, creative creative officer at Focus Entertainment, said in a press release: “We are delighted to be working on this fast-paced first-person shooter game together with the talented Auroch Digital studio and our long-time partner Games Workshop. Boltgun combines the iconic 90s style with the Warhammer 40,000 universe. It also brings exciting gameplay that will delight players of all genres.”
