Mod maker ‘El Ha’ released a rather large mode for Fallout 4. Wilderness mode brings with it a world as big as Nuka World, with lakes, forests, ruins and an abandoned city.
It also features a horror-themed main mission and a dozen new layout options. Naturally, it also includes new weapons, items, armor and music. Most towns are built to be close together. But these places are also a long way from the Commonwealth.
