Thunder Tier One, a top-down tactical shooter game released with contributions from Krafton, Inc., is now available for purchase on Steam. The game retails for ₺99.00 and gamers can watch the game’s release trailer here.
Thunder Tier One will appeal to players interested in military tactics and strategy. The players will lead a special operations team fighting to stop a dangerous terrorist network in the fictional Eastern European country of Salobiada. The game includes a scenario based on nine mission stories that can be played solo with a 4-player co-op, online PVP or AI teammates. Players will also enjoy four different modes: Exfil, Advance & Secure, Domination, and Deathmatch.
Exfil is a 4v4 mode in which the attacking team is tasked with removing a package within a certain period of time, and the defending team must try every possible way to prevent it from doing so. Advance & Secureda, also a 4v4 game mode, teams go head-to-head to fight and triumph over several episodes. Domination is a PVE mode in which players capture some checkpoints, defuse explosives and defend against counter-attacks, and up to four players compete against time. Finally, Deathmatch is a classic mode that supports up to eight participants.
Thunder Tier One stands out for its realism; The game’s developers were passionate about designing a universe where small details such as weapon use, barrel output speed, and ammo weight could seriously impact players’ success. The game will also be open to modification in the future, allowing gamers to make their own characters, maps, missions, game modes, weapons and more.
