Crusader Kings III is one of the best strategy games in recent years; They’re my personal favorites, too. As I mentioned in our first impression article, the additional package feels pretty good, too. But Paradox has another surprise: This amazing strategy game is now coming to the next generation of consoles:
Paradox and Lab42 have made some improvements to the console version of the game, of course; for example, the control scheme was adapted to the gamepad, while the interface was updated to be compatible with large screens.
Personally, playing strategy on the console is not something I prefer. But there have also been strategy games I’ve enjoyed on consoles like Cities Skylines or Farming Simulator. Therefore, I welcome the arrival of CK3 on consoles. It will debut for Xbox Series S/X and PS5 on March 29, so let’s see if it performs the same there.
