The Matrix series is finally getting its fourth film. With the first trailer we saw yesterday, we started the countdown to The Matrix Resurrections. When I saw Neo and Trinityin the trailer, there was already a nostalgic atmosphere. But of course, the eyes were also on Laurence Fishburne(pictured) as Morpheus We were already anticipating that yahya Abdul-Mateen IIwould be the new Morpheus before the trailer. First the trailer, now Yahya’s Instagram post confirmed this.
We’re not just going to see a new generation of Morpheus in the movie. Hugo Weaving(pictured) as Agent Smith has also undergone a transformation. Danel Bernhardt(played by Agent Johnson) appears to be the closest to the role. The trailer also included a little detail about it. A lot has changed in real life, certainly, since it’s been a long time since the last Matrix events.
With neo;and trinty’s return to TheMatrix, I think that’s what’s going to happen in the other universe. The film Matrix Resurrections, along with the next generation of Morpheus; u, will be available to watch on 22 December on both HBO Max and cinemas.
