Zelda Reverse Engineering Team managed to decompile the codes for The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time last year, while another group of fans has now completed the process of converting them into working and playable PC ports. The legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time’s unofficial PC port will debut on April 1.
What’s more, the team will unveil this project on March 22nd with a Nintendo Direct-like presentation 🙂 They said if Nintendo doesn’t do it, we do it.
The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time will not have official game elements in its PC port, meaning it looks like Super Mario 64’s PC port. Of course, in less than a day, complete package versions will also fall on various parts of the internet, there is no doubt about that.
Probably this game will also be supported with various modes, for example, versions of screen alerts that show keyboard/mouse keys rather than gamepads, those that add ray tracing effects, etc.
Ocarina of Time is considered one of the greatest Zelda games of all time. If I say the metacritic average of the game is 99, you’ll probably have something in mind. I once played the Nintendo 64 version with the emulator and was amazed, I can’t wait to repeat it again on the occasion of this PC port.
