Earlier this year, actor Norman Reedus leaked that the sequel to Death Stranding was being developed by Kojima Productions. Now, a new report reports that the sequel could be Hideo Kojima’s last exclusive PlayStation game with Sony. Because Kojima Productions had made a deal to develop two special games for PlayStation consoles.
Kojima Productions’ agreement to develop two exclusive games for PlayStation consoles has been leaked by user Dusk Golem. According to Dusk Golem, the first of these games is Death Stranding, and the other is Death Stranding 2.
Dusk Golem does not know whether either side will renew this agreement at this time. But he says it has been negotiated on this issue. Dusk Golem says that if the deal is not renewed, Death Stranding 2 will be the last PlayStation game Kojima has developed.
Death Stranding is currently available on PS4, PS5, and PC (via Steam and PC Game Pass).
