Monster Hunter Rise, presented to players by Capcom: announced that Sunbreak expansion exceeds five million of total sales worldwide. It was reported that the expansion package has reached four million sales on August 2022. The official Monster Hunter Twitter account shared the following drawing to celebrate the new milestone:

For the new sales figure, except for the drawing above, a souvenir in-game item package is planned to be released.

Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak expansion was launched on 30 June 2022 for PC via Switch and Steam. Playstation 5, Xbox Series, Playstation 4, Xbox One and other PC versions will output in this spring.

On the other hand, Monster Hunter World reported that Iceborne expansion exceeds 10 million of total sales worldwide. In addition, total sales of Iceborne expansion were 9,7 million in 2022.
