Support for F1 Manager 2022, a racing-themed simulation management game developed by Frontier Developments and officially released on August 30 (Early access opened on August 25), has now ended. The developer team, who reported that the update support was discontinued only two months after the release, announced that new content would not come to the game after this. Instead, the team stated that they will focus on small patches that break the game and create problems.
Frontier Developments focuses on future games
Announcing that major updates will no longer be coming for the simulation management game F1 Manager 2022, the team said that they will focus on future games after that. With this rhetoric stated by Chris Groves, community manager, we can assume that they are now focused on the next game.
The news of the discontinuation of support for the update has previously been criticized by disappointed players and received negative responses. Some players have stated that the game is not yet finished and more content needs to be added.
F1 Manager 2022’s latest Steam reviews have a “mixed” label, while all of its reviews have received a “Mostly Positive” label. The game is currently on sale on Steam for 329.00 TL.
